We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, purity specifications, and Certificate of Analysis (COA) data are accurate and current. All purity data reflects independent third-party HPLC and mass spectrometry analysis performed on the specific batch identified on the product page and COA.
COAs are batch-specific and available to view on each product page and in the public batch ledger at novalabsresearch.com/ledger. Purity values represent the batch at time of testing.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving suspected fraud, product availability issues, or violations of these terms. In the event of cancellation, any payment received will be refunded.
We ship domestically within the United States only. Orders placed before 6 PM ET on a business day are processed the same day. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns on opened vials for chain-of-custody integrity reasons standard to research-supply companies. Unopened product returned due to our error or a verified purity deficiency may qualify for replacement or refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Nova Research Labs LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use (or misuse) of any product. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product at issue.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
