What does "research-grade" actually mean?+
Every Novalabs vial is sold strictly for laboratory and research use only — not for human consumption. "Research-grade" refers to purity standard, traceability, and documentation: HPLC + mass spec on every batch, batch-bound COAs, U.S. supply chain, sterile lyophilized form. The standard a working research lab would expect from a reagent supplier.
How is the batch testing actually done?+
Each batch ships from our manufacturer to an independent U.S. analytical lab. They run high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for purity quantification and mass spectrometry for identity confirmation. Both reports are signed and uploaded to our public ledger before any vial from that batch ships.
Why should I trust your COAs over a competitor's?+
You shouldn't, blindly. The whole point of the public batch ledger is that you can verify the document yourself: the lab name on the COA is real, the lab signature is real, and the batch ID on the document matches the ID printed on the vial in your hand. We invite cross-checking. Most competitors don't.
What purity levels do your products test at?+
All Novalabs products are batch-tested to a minimum 98% purity standard by HPLC. Most batches test at 99%+. Exact purity figures are printed on the COA for each batch — not a generic claim, a specific number for a specific batch, tied to a specific lot ID. The COA is publicly available in the batch ledger before you order.
What form do the compounds ship in?+
Sterile lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in sealed vials. Lyophilization preserves compound integrity during shipping and extends shelf life. Vials are sealed with rubber stoppers and aluminum crimp caps. Storage conditions are printed on the vial label and in the COA. Bacteriostatic water for reconstitution is not included — it is sold separately as a research supply.

What payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), ACH bank transfer, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, USDC). All card checkout is encrypted end-to-end via Bankful, our high-risk-approved payment processor. No customer payment data is stored on our servers.
What will my bank statement show?+
Credit and debit card charges will appear as NOVALABS RESEARCH on your statement. No ambiguous descriptors. If you have a question about a charge, email support@novalabsresearch.com with your order number.
Do you offer bulk or volume pricing?+
Yes. Quantity tiers apply automatically at checkout: 3–4 vials saves 8%, 5–9 vials saves 12%, and 10+ vials saves 18% off the base price. For larger institutional or recurring orders above 20 units, contact support@novalabsresearch.com for a wholesale quote.
Do you have discount codes?+
NOVA10 gives 10% off and is always active — apply it at checkout. SMS subscribers get 15% off on their first order. Free U.S. shipping on all orders $200 and over. Discounts are applied automatically or at checkout before payment.
Do I need an account to order?+
No account required — guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track order history and reorder with one click. All purchasers must be 21 years or older and confirm they are purchasing for research purposes only.

Shipping & Delivery
How fast does my order ship?+
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. All other orders ship next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email when the label is created. Orders ship within 24–48 business hours from a U.S. warehouse.
What carriers do you use?+
USPS Ground (free on orders $200+, or $6.95), USPS Priority Mail ($8.95, 2–3 days), and UPS 2-Day Air ($24.50). Carrier selection is available at checkout. All shipments include tracking.
How is the package labeled? Is it discreet?+
Yes. All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging. No Novalabs branding, no product names, no lab imagery on the exterior carton. The return address is a U.S. business address. Inner packaging uses insulated thermal pouches and cold packs where appropriate for temperature-sensitive compounds.
Do you ship internationally?+
Currently domestic U.S. only (contiguous 48 states). We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or internationally at this time. International availability is on our roadmap — join the email list to be notified when it opens.
What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?+
Contact support@novalabsresearch.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and a photo of the damaged packaging or the tracking history showing non-delivery. We will reship or refund — your choice — at no additional charge. Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify.

Returns & Refunds
What's your return policy?+
Unopened vials may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus return shipping. We do not accept returns of opened vials — once a vial is unsealed, chain-of-custody is broken and we cannot re-certify purity. This is the same standard a pharmaceutical reagent supplier would apply.
What if the compound doesn't match the published purity?+
If your independent testing shows a batch fails our published purity standard, contact us with your third-party lab report. We will replace the batch or issue a full refund — your choice — and pull the batch from sale pending our own investigation. This is the purity guarantee: the numbers on the COA are the numbers in the vial.
I received the wrong item. What do I do?+
Email support@novalabsresearch.com within 7 days with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct item immediately and arrange return of the incorrect one at no cost to you.
How are refunds processed?+
Card refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. ACH refunds take 3–5 business days. Crypto refunds are issued in USDC at the value of your original order at time of purchase — not at current market price.

What does "Research Use Only" mean legally?+
"Research Use Only" (RUO) is a regulatory designation indicating that a product is intended solely for laboratory research and scientific investigation — not for use in clinical procedures, human administration, veterinary treatment, or any application involving a living organism. RUO products operate under different FDA regulatory requirements than pharmaceutical or clinical-grade materials. The designation does not imply FDA approval or clearance of any kind.
Who can legally purchase your products?+
Purchasers must be 21 years of age or older and must be purchasing for legitimate laboratory or research purposes. By completing a purchase, the buyer represents that they are aware of and will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws governing the purchase, handling, storage, and use of research chemicals, and that they will not use any product for human consumption or any non-research purpose.
Do you provide dosing guidance or protocols?+
No. We do not provide dosing protocols, human administration guidance, or medical advice of any kind. Nothing on this website constitutes a medical claim, treatment recommendation, or suggestion of suitability for human use. Any scientific literature referenced on the site describes research findings — not clinical outcomes. If you are seeking medical guidance, consult a licensed healthcare provider.
Are your products legal to buy?+
Nova Research Labs LLC operates in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and Wyoming state law. The legality of purchasing and possessing research peptides varies by jurisdiction. It is the buyer's sole responsibility to determine and comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction before purchasing. We reserve the right to refuse orders from any jurisdiction where such restrictions apply.
